With our combined degrees in physical therapy, athletic training, personal training, and massage therapy, we are able to facilitate healing using many different modalities, approaches and techniques.
We realize that every person is different, and our treatment plans reflect this idea.We differ from most other facilities because of our treatment approach.A treatment session could consist of therapeutic massage, stretching and / or strengthening techniques.

ABOUT US
Andrew and Kathy met in 1996 at Quinnipiac College in Hamden, Connecticut. Kathy received her Bachelor of Health Science degree in Physical Therapy and Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Athletic Training.
They relocated to Arizona in 2001 where Kathy worked as a pediatric physical therapist. Andrew worked in a physical therapy clinic while he was also the head athletic trainer at Shadow Mountain High School. Soon after moving to Arizona, they attended Phoenix College and became licensed massage therapists. Kathy and Andrew started T.E.A.M. Approach in January of 2005 and have enjoyed treating and meeting many wonderful individuals.
Kathy and Andrew have two beautiful children: George was born in February 2006 and Sophia was born in December 2007.
They also attended the 2004 Olympic Games as part of the medical staff at the Aquatic Center in Athens, Greece - Andrew's home town!
